Admission:

To qualify for one of our beautiful villas, you must be at least 60 years old, independent and in relatively good health. For those persons who are not quite ready yet to move, we have our future residency priority wait list. It is never too soon to plan your retirement in Costa Rica.

Residence and Service in Your Villa

1 : Upon entrance, Residents live independently in their villa of 2 bedrooms/2 baths.

2 : When assisted living becomes necessary, provisions are made for residents in place at no extra charge.

3 : When circumstances require medical care beds, this is provided in the Health Center with top qualified staff.

4 : After recovery resident returns to their villa
